Onondaga Dance & Drum Performances
If you are a scouting, educational, religious, or any civic organization that is interested in Native American dance & drum, and is interested in scheduling a dance/drum performance for your organization, then please contact the Chairman.  We offer our performances at no cost, however donations to the group are greatly appreciated.
What does a dance/drum Performance include?

Dance and drum performance can include a variety of things.  Once a date for the performance is scheduled, the Chairman will talk with the organization leader to discuss interests, the available time slot, and location of the event.  Once this is establish, the performance can be planned.

A performance could include several songs from the drum team along with dancing from the dance team.  This type of performance is mostly for show.

Another type of performance could be more hands-on for the viewers.  The drum team can talk about Native American singing and drumming, and teach the audience a song or two.  The dance team could also explain the parts of their outfits, teach the audience how to dance, and let them participate in a few dances.

The type of demonstration is decided by the organization leader with help from the Chairman.  Schedule your dance and drum demonstration today!

We do appreciate donations to cover the cost of travel, and our other expenses.  Our drums cost several hundred dollars each, and each dancer puts several hundred dollars of his OWN MONEY into each of their outfits.
